Braised Tomatoes

Ingredients:

8 tomatoes
salt
coarsley ground fresh pepper
1 tbsp chives cut into small rolls
3 tbsp breadcrumbs
3 tbsp soured cream
2 tbsp unsalted butter
Cooking time about 30 minutes
Approx 200 kcal = 837 kj






Preparation:

Skin the tomatoes, if required, cut them into halves widthwise and place them in the moistened RÖMERTOPF. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the chives. Arrange the breadcrumbs evenly on top. Drizzle with the cream and cover with knobs of butter. Close the lid.
