Mediterranean-style Spinach


2lb/800 g spinach
1/2 tin tomatoes
2 onions
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp. oil
2 small chilli peppers
2 tbsp chopped parsley leaves
2 oz/50 g feta cheese
Cooking time about 40 minutes
Approx 200 kcal = 837 kj


Prepare and thouroughly wash the spinach, cut into wide strips and put in the moistened RÖMERTOPF. Add the tomatoes. Skin and chop the onions and the garlic; fry in a little oil until soft. Season with salt and sprinkle over the spinach. Finely chop the chilli peppers and the parsley and add to the spinach.
Dice the cheese, carefully stir it into the spinach and close the lid.
