Peas Cooked in White Wine

Ingredients:

1 1/4 lb/600 g frozen peas
9 fl oz/ 250 ml white wine
a little tarragon
salt
freshly ground pepper
1 oz/30 g unsalted butter
1 tbsp. soured cream
2 tbsp. flour
Cooking time about 30 minutes
Approx. 250 kcal = 1046 kj


Preparation:

Place the peas in the moitened RÖMERTOPF AMD POUR OVER THE WINE: Season with salt, pepper and the tarragon; add 1 tbsp. butter. Close the lid.
Just before serving blend the cream and the flour and pour over the peas; gently stir in the remaining butter and adjust the seasoning.
